If you are looking for a book club with a difference, why not try the Booker Club? Open to staff and pupils in Forms V and VI, the Booker Club meets every 6 weeks to read a Man Booker Prize winner or nominee. Previous titles have included The Long Song by Andrea Levy and The Book of Evidence by John Banville. Tea and cakes are served at every meeting, and lively debate is guaranteed. |
