Buses to and from the Academy fall into three categories.
Public – First Group and Stagecoach
These comprise all routes except those listed below.
Academy Hired – Rennies
These cover the routes from Aberdour, Limekilns, Culross, Dunfermline and Saline
Private
These cover routes from Perth and Dunblane/Bridge of Allan
There is the possibility of a third private route from Gargunnock, Fintry, Thornhill, and Buchlyvie new

Late Bus to Glenrothes.
Late afternoon bus transport from the Academy to Glenrothes requires travellers to change bus at Milnathort from a 331 to a 201.
The driver of the 201 service is instructed by Stagecoach to wait for the 331 on Stirling Road , Milnathort.
Both buses are on the same side of the street so there is no requirement for pupils to cross any roads.
The 331 is currently very busy and consequently the driver struggles to get to Milnathort on time.
I intend to ask the company to change the departure of the 331 from the Academy from 17.15 to 17.05.

Dunblane Bus
There will be a private seat-belted bus starting from 27 August picking up in Dunblane and Bridge of Allan at a cost of £3.80 return from Dunblane. There will be a morning service and two afternoon services to incorporate a late bus. If you are interested in using the service you must register your interest by contacting Irene on 01786 822547. The public service bus, run by First Group is not affected by this private bus.
