INFORMATION FOR PARENTS SESSION 2012-2013

Welcome to Dollar Academy, a coeducational day and boarding school for pupils aged from 5 to 18, set in a location of stunning beauty between the university cities of Stirling and St Andrews, 40 minutes north of Edinburgh. Dollar has an outstanding academic reputation, and our pupils win places at top universities in the UK and around the world.   Our large co-curricular programme allows young people to discover and develop new talents.  We believe in building the whole person, so that our pupils leave here with confidence, enthusiasm and independence of mind. 

Dollar boarders come from overseas as well as all parts of Britain, and greatly enrich the life of the school. Together with our day pupils from across central Scotland, they form a community that is strikingly friendly, welcoming and vibrant. Perhaps that explains why our pupils make friends for life, and why so many former pupils come back to visit and send their children here.
