Paris Marathon

Mr Steve Newton, Head of PE, will participate in the Paris Marathon on Sunday 6 April 2008. He hopes to raise as much money as possible for 'Whizz-Kidz', the charity which provides specialist wheelchairs for children.

He is mid-way through a gruelling 20-week training prgramme. Mr Charlie Ainge, teacher of Biology and Assistant Head of Form II, has valiantly agreed to accompany Mr Newton on many of his training runs and both will run in the Alloa half-Marathon in March.
