As part of their Food Technology course, Junior 2 pupils have been making a variety of exciting new recipes to be eaten as a healthy snack or put in a lunch box. The pupils are encouraged to taste any new foods that they are preparing during the lesson. Good personal hygiene and safety when handling food is practised throughout the course and the pupils build on skills learnt and practise new ones as they tackle each new recipe. Tasting the finished result is the best part of the lesson!
