Holiday insurance is paid by the school.

 

Our flight booking is a group booking. This results in a considerable saving, but the down side is that we are only allowed to reduce our numbers by 10% without penalty. If more than 10% of the group withdraw, then the full fares become due. If you withdraw for a reason such as a bereavement or serious illness, then your insurance will cover you. But if you withdraw because you are, for example, concerned about a bird flu outbreak or a new war in the Middle East, then you will have to pay the full cost of the flights, as the insurance policy does not cover such risks.

 

Valuable Items

 

Please note that you are not covered for valuable items packed in any baggage which is transported separately. So do not put expensive cameras, for example, in your main luggage. Keep these on your person at all times.
